  Sorry for the lack of updates ! I went back to school (again) which was hard for my 44 year old pea brain. Please continue to sign the site guestbook for Sandra, she really does read your messages and appreciates all your kind words.....FINALLY, "If A Man Answers" and "That Funny Feeling" are going to be released commercially in August, on DVD! and also 3 "Gidget" films, including the first one with Sandra! You can pre- order these at Amazon.com... also the movie "Beyond The Sea" has been completed and set for a fall release! Find out more here!... Although this weekend I did make some changes to the opening page, I will try to update on a more regular basis, until then I hope you enjoy what is here, thanks for your patience.

• I get many emails about the Kevin Spacey Bobby Darin movie. All I know so far is the movie is set for filming in June (and what Dodd has said in the previous link.) I am not connected to Mr. Spacey. The latest rumor is that actress Kate Bosworth was in talks with Kevin for the role of Sandra, but that is subject to change. Please do not email me asking for more info right now because when I know more I will post it here( or on the Bobby Darin site).

Just Go to Turner Classic Movies website, click on "Request a Movie", Give your wish list, and a short reason WHY ( this is important to do!), and do it by July 31 !!!!! The Annual Viewers' Choice Festival will air during DECEMBER, and the deadline for submitting requests is JULY 31. So get over there and vote now!!!

• The site is 99 percent moved to the domain of SandraDeeFans.com. The only things that remain on geocities are the games section. I have added a search engine you can use to search the site on the index page of the site. Since Sandra is mentioned a lot on the Bobby Darin site, I have included it in the search engine so it covers over 900 pages of Dee/Darin internet pages.

• The site is going to be moving to a new server, so there may be some downtime to accessing the site while those on the server side make changes. Then I will be moving all the files to the new place, which will be somewhat of a task,due to the size of the site. • The site has been up since the summer of 1997...some of the links I know have not been working correctly. I am working to fix these...also, I am trying to improve on what is already up, like making them easier to load and view, compressing images for shorter download time, moving them to paid space to lose the ads,making corrections etc... my first project was the "I'd Rather Be Rich " pages. • Added a special page tribute to a scene from "If A Man Answers" that was not aired in recent years. It features pictures and real audio and can be found here.
  
  
• Did You see it? For one brief and shining moment, Bobby Darin and Sandra Dee were shown in vintage footage on the Oscar 2000 telecast. It was during the memorial portion that showed Actors and actresses and previous Oscar winners who had passed away this year. There were Bobby and Sandra ( who was pregnant with their son) who just happened to be presenting the Oscar in 1961 to the recently departed Ernest Gold for Best Music, Scoring of A Dramatic or Comedy Picture.(He won for Exodus and was being paid tribute to in this segment).It is nice to know that Bobby and Sandra are preserved somewhere on video tape. (Thank you ABC!)
  
  
• ALSO....Bobby Darin and Sandra Dee are seen at the 1961 Oscars ( AGAIN!) in this weeks special double issue of STAR Magazine, out on newstands yesterday ( Monday March 27th). The issue is dated April 4, 2000 and the picture of Bobby and Sandy appears on page 20-21 in the section "When Hollywood was Young and Beautiful".Be sure and check your newsstands and check-out counters for this one !
